Central Bi-Products, a division of Famers Union Industries, LLC, has promoted Doug Tauer as its new Complex Manager at the Central Bi-Products facility in Redwood Falls. Doug has spent most of his career in the rendering industry and has a great wealth of knowledge and experience in management, administration and leadership in the rendering industry.

With over 32 years of experience at Central Bi-Products, Doug first joined the team as a Feather Plant Operator; since then, he has served in various other positions and most recently as Plant Superintendent. In this role, Doug will support local leadership by focusing on maximizing efficiencies, process improvement and mentoring employees to support continued growth.
