Central Bi-Products employees took part in the great efforts of Mama Marla’s Christmas Fundraiser. After just a few short weeks, Long Prairie employees collected over 60 gifts total and donated $500 to do their part of contributing to the children less fortunate in their area.

Mama Marla’s Hike it or Bike it event is a charitable event helping children less fortunate in Todd County that has been running for 17 years. The money that is raised at this event is used at Christmas time to buy gifts for kids, usually something fun they would enjoy and some clothing. This year’s event will be held May 19, 2018. Participants can choose from competing in a 5k walk/run, 10k walk/run, 15.5-mile bike ride or duathlon, which is a 2-mile run, 15.5-mile bike ride, and 1-mile fun. Following the event is an annual spaghetti feed.
